Join award-winning photographer, Richard Murphy in the beautiful surroundings of Hunting Brook Gardens for a full day’s practical workshop which will help you improve your garden and plant photography skills.
The day starts with coffee and an illustrated talk by Richard in which he will demonstrate the many techniques he uses, showing you how to select good plant subjects, framing them effectively and making the most of the light conditions.
Using the garden as your studio, you will have an extended practical outdoor session where Richard will be on hand to provide advice and guidance, enabling you to enhance your photography skills.

Richard Murphy is an award-winning garden photographer based in Dublin. He travels widely photographing landscapes, gardens and plants, providing photography for numerous best-selling gardening books. A passionate gardener, Richard combines his knowledge and understanding of plants with his photographic skills, creating images that capture their essence.
